8 oz — about 40–50 hours

10 oz — about 50–60 hours
12 oz — about 60–70 hours

Tunneling typically occurs when the candle is not burned long enough during the first use. For best results, allow the wax to melt completely across the surface before extinguishing (usually 2–4 hours). This helps prevent uneven burning.

Frosting or slight surface variations are natural characteristics of soy wax. This does not affect the performance or scent of your candle and is simply a sign of using natural wax.

If your order arrives damaged, please send photo evidence within 48 hours of delivery. We will gladly replace the item once verified.
